SHIPPING: Shipping cost is 15% of total order. Our main carrier is UPS ground. Shipping time is usually 4-7 days. If you require another form of shipping or a faster method, please contact us and we will be happy to accomodate you.
We will process orders promptly and ship most art within 1-2 weeks.
INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CASTING MATERIALS: Hydrostone is intended for interior use. Resin can be used outside but should be protected from the elements. Each piece is hand painted, therefore the finnish will vary slightly.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please return it within 30 days and we will refund your product charges.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days. Repack carefully in the original packing. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a refund check. If you paid with a credit card, product charges will be refunded to your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
